I visited Tammisaari on a Friday evening, after a tough work week. It was sunny... my crappy car was still kind of running (but few weeks left), and the swimming hall, the Tammisaari beaches, and Tammisaari in general were just wonderful.
Much recommended!
Here's more information about the swimming hall. They have two saunas on each side (men's and women's), a 25-meter main pool, therapy pool, jacuzzi, and a children's pool, alongside a waterslide.
There's also a beach nearby on the sea shore, along with a popular camping ground.
